 Allison is a Clinical Assistant. She attended Kaplan Career Institute where she received her Associate Degree in Dental Assisting. She is a registered Dental Assistant and CPR certified. She is very passionate about Dentistry and enjoys assisting the patients with all their treatment needs at Cool Water.

 Brooke is the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Brooke participated with helping small businesses in Tennessee develop marketing plans. She is also a registered Dental Assistant who is certified in CPR and Radiology. Brooke ensures that all the patient’s needs are met through every step of the process at Cool Water Orthodontics.

 Diane is the Head Assistant. She has been an orthodontic assistant for twenty years. Diane is a registered orthodontic assistant and CPR certified. She teaches orthodontics to the new graduates from dental school. Diane also loves giving patients self confidence in themselves, with a great smile.

 Melisa is the Insurance and Financial Coordinator. She is new to Tennessee from California where she attended Los Angeles Harbor College with a AA in Business. She became interested in aesthetics and attended the Dermalogica Institute and received her license as a Clinical Aesthetician. Melisa has also spent time as a Web Manager and a Medical Receptionist. She assists the patients at Cool Water with any financial questions they may have.
